Shipping and Returns
What is your returns policy?
Our refund policy is as follows:
- A £1.50 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- We’ll reimburse return shipping costs, just include proof of postage/payment (like a receipt or tracking screenshot).
- Items must be in the same condition as which you received it, in original packaging.
- Item's must be unused.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- You must apply for a refund by email within 1 week of receiving your parcel.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
At the end of the day, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If anything isn’t quite right, or just not what you expected, reach out! We’ll do our best to make it right, one way or another!
NOTE: We are unable to accept international returns. Please get in touch to discuss options.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world, with free international shipping over £100.
Shipping fee varies for orders under £100.
If you are struggling to input your address at checkout, or want to know your shipping fee before placing an order, drop us a message.
Can I choose my shipping provider?
Yes!
If you want to ship with a specific company, or would like your order sent to a pick up point, let us know in advance.
Are returns free?
For UK resident, a £1.50 handling fee will be deducted from all refunds. This may be a small cost, but this really helps us with the cost of admin, processing and relisting fees.
You'll also have to pay the cost of return postage, but this will be refunded to you!

How long is shipping?
We ship all our products from London, UK.
Domestic Shipping (UK based customers): 3-5 business days
International shipping (non-UK customers): 2-3 weeks.
All product are shipped the next day after payment confirmation, except for those which are custom made. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, along with tracking information. Please get in touch if you have not received this!

My parcel is lost, delayed, returned to sender.
If you do not receive your parcel for any reason, please get in touch with us within a week of the expected arrival date. We will send you a form to fill in.
Once your order is shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal service. However, if any issues arise, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving them with the carrier. Two heads are better than one when it comes to looking for missing parcels!
NOTE: If a parcel is returned to us due to wrong address, customer is to pay for the additional postage fee. In the event of a refund, original shipping fees will be deducted.
How do I return an item?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we can't offer refunds or exchanges for press-on nails. This includes incorrect sizing or if you simply changed your mind. That's why we provide detailed sizing guides and photos to help you choose perfectly!
For any of our other products, please get in touch to start the returns process. This must be done within a week of your parcel arriving.
My product has arrived broken :(
As a small and growing business we take pride in sending out flawless goods, but if your order arrives damaged, don’t panic! Just snap three clear photos minimum (we need to see the issue from multiple angles) and email them to us within a week.
We’ll get a solution ASAP—no drama, just great service!
Can I change my address?
All product are shipped the next day after payment confirmation, except for those which are custom made. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As such, addresses and orders can longer be changed once you have received this confirmation email.
Following this, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive this, please get in touch!
Once your order is shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the postal service. However, if any issues arise, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving them with the carrier.
Can you deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers?
Yes!

How long does it take to process my refund?
Once all conditions have been satisfied, refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please give a further 72 hours for funds to be returned.
